I purchased this for my elderly mother who has arthritis, and it's been wonderful for her daily comfort. The gentle massage settings help with her joint pain, and the easy-to-use remote was perfect since she's not very tech-savvy. The chair reclines smoothly which makes it easy for her to get in and out of. She uses it every morning and evening now as part of her routine. The only downside is that it takes up quite a bit of space in her living room, and the massage can be a bit intense even on the lowest setting sometimes. Also, the leather material gets quite warm during longer sessions. Overall though, seeing how much it helps her makes it completely worth it.

Overall very satisfied with this purchase. The massage chair has helped tremendously with my chronic lower back pain. The variety of massage styles and the ability to focus on specific areas is exactly what I needed. The chair is well-built and feels premium. My teenagers even enjoy using it after sports practice. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the massage can be quite loud - you can hear the motors running, which isn't ideal if you want to relax while others are sleeping. Also, the remote could be more intuitive. But these are minor issues compared to the relief it provides. Would still recommend to anyone considering it.

This chair is AMAZING! I was skeptical about spending this much on a massage chair, but after trying it at my friend's house, I had to get one. The electric reclining is so smooth, and the massage rollers feel just like having a professional massage. My wife and I both use it daily - she loves the gentle settings for relaxation, while I prefer the deeper tissue massage after my workouts. The heating function is a nice bonus, especially during winter. Setup was straightforward, though you definitely need two people to move it into place. Five stars - highly recommend!
